Local. They exchanged numbers. Possible connection, local, knows people, told her a good deal about how things are in Hex and knows that she's from somewhere significantly different. Sin-eater, Student, taxi driver. Knows her as "Ebru", also knows that she's a cat shapeshifter, but thinks that she's a human first. Has offered to let her stay in his place. Gets weird warnings about angels.
She owes him two favours (though he seems to have forgotten about that). Agreement that they won't tell anyone else what the other one is.

Something is really, really wrong with this guy. She assumes that he is possessed by some kind of toxic spirit that has eaten all his essence. But he provides her with a meal a day, so he can't be too bad? Watches a lot of cat videos and wants cats one day. Works in a soup kitchen.

Honest, trustworthy enough, friendly, streetsmart. Kinda roommate. A hawk that feeds of reasonable nightmares ate his soul, and if it invades your dreams it's pretty terrifying and brutal. In return he has some magic abilities. Someone from his former group was responsible for someone else getting killed, and he'd probably punch the culprit if he could. Has seen her do magic, but doesn't know that she's a cat. Exchanged phone numbers. Knows her as "Kitty", and both as a human with and without contacts and a cat. Also knows about her being a cat and a mage. Her closest friend in Hex.

He has some kind of mechanical stuff inside of him, but cat her promised in trade to not tell anyone about it. Apparently hunted by his past, which is that he was a part of the whole gears stuff, he's a fallen angel and in reality looks like some bug thing to various degrees. Photographer. Knows her as "Ebru". They exchanged numbers.

On having assessed Nitou
probably get a sense of all the animals that make up his component parts--lion, chameleon, falcon, buffalo, and dolphin
and a strong sense of spring because he's spring court
maybe a glimpse through the mask for a second to see him in his true beast form through the corner of her eye or something? :|c
(she's still a kid, kids are more likely to be able to see through the mask, iirc)

pretty strong, the stuff he uses to shape-change into a full beast is pretty potent

hmmmm also I'd say she has a read on what a beast seeming changeling is now, spiritually/aura-wise, she just has absolutely no frame of reference to interpret the signature. And she'd be able to recognize his signature again on things/etc. Would that work?
